Capacity Building for Service Providers (CBSP) Scheme
The Union Ministry of Tourism has identified certain functional domains of tourism and hospitality as part of the “capacity building for service providers” scheme (CBSP). This scheme is essentially meant to raise the standards of service delivery and the target group shall be those working as part of the unorganised sector.
